I believe many of us must experience many different spiritual warfare
and tests in the journey of life. Thank the Lord, no matter what kind
of test, and we benefit from it. It is prepared for His beloved
children by Lord, in order to build up the quality of our lives. "All
things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the
called according to his purpose." Due to the impurities of life to be
flawless, and the wild branches to be cut out, must be painful, but in
James 1:12, the Lord has promised us, "Blessed is the man that endureth
temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life,
which the Lord hath promised to them that love him." We will receive the
crown of life after enduring the test! No better than this reward! To
ground everything will pass away, but only the crown of life can be
taken to heaven, only life can persist and glorify the Lord. Lord told
me that we are His works and His kingdom is in us. He will work in each
of us, to make our lives show such as jewel-like brilliance, which is a
reflection of the glory of Lord. His value is our life, not the size of
the external ministry. All of the ministry is to fulfill God's will that
our lives are able to be constructed to become mature brides, because
He loves us, and desire us forever with Him in eternity live.
Hallelujah!
Paul said, we work like building a house,
the foundations first, then the above construction. Only the foundation
of the Church, which is Christ. With the foundation, we need to
attention to how the above construction, and built above what materials,
wood, hay and stubble or gold and silver gem. Gold and silver need to
go through the process of the fire of refining, and all sorts of gems
should be formed only after a great pressure. The same have the gems
like life character of the Lord, have to take a test. So when we are
going through some life pain or pressure, really should be grateful to
praise the Lord. "He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his
name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of
death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff
they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of
mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. "
When
the wild is all around us, we have to believe that His grace is
sufficient for us. May we are able to enjoy the cup of blessing from the
Lord in His grace in front of the enemy! May the Lord's promises, like
songs singing in our heart always, "Surely goodness and mercy shall
follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the
LORD for ever."
