Today we will look at the vision of our ministry from the perspective of the altar. One of God's calling to our ministry is to rule the nations with an iron scepter and possess the land as an inheritance. How can we achieve God's entrustment to us through the altar?
[1 Peter 2:5,9] you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. … But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light. When [Proverbs] talks about priests, sacrifices, and altars, all of these are referring to us. We are priests, and sacrifices, and altars. After being established, we will be able to declare the praises of him who called us out of the darkness into his wonderful light, and be able to break through the dark power and enter the channels of God. Our ministry explosively established fellowships in many places because we would like to build altars of God.
Priest: A person who stands at a gateway between the spiritual realm and the physical realm. [Psalm 115:16] The highest heavens belong to the LORD, but the earth he has given to man. The heavens are for the angels, heavenly hosts, and spiritual world, but the earth is given to the human beings.
The living beings in the spiritual realm must be approved and invited by human beings before they can come to the earth. Otherwise the living beings of the spiritual realm are not allowed to live on the earth. Then why can we still see a lot of spiritual incidents happening on the earth? Because humans opened the door and let it down. How did it come to the earth? Through a series of human activities. Humans have seven spiritual channels. The five senses including sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch, plus consciousness can become spiritual channels, as well as our body’s organs such as sex. Therefore, our body becomes a temple of either the Holy Spirit or the evil spirit. The living beings in the spiritual realm can enter the earth through the human activities. If someone has an abortion, the womb opens the door to the spiritual realm, and evil spirits can enter through the womb because of shedding innocent blood. For example, only the sexual behavior in legal marriage is protected by God. If the sexual behavior occurs outside of marriage, it will cause evil spirits to be transferred between spouses. Once the door to the spiritual realm is opened, life can easily be affected by such channels. As long as people notice the existence of the spirit realm, the spirit realm begins to become active. When the human spirit is inactive and disconnected from the spirit of God, the Bible says that the human spirit is dead. But at the same time, the human spirit is communicating with the kingdom of darkness, since there is no vacuum state in human spirit: belongs either to God or to the kingdom of darkness. It depends on the choice of human free will. You can choose to be open to the kingdom of God, otherwise you will be open to the kingdom of darkness, allowing yourself to experience some spiritual things. Therefore, even though some people do not believe in Jesus, they can still interact with the spiritual realm. This is the reason: they can open the door to the spiritual realm by dedicating their will, and maintain such a communication portal to communicate with the spiritual realm through continuous sacrifices. Each one of us is an altar. Even if we do not perform any services or rituals, we are still open to the spiritual realm, because people will be affected as long as the outside altar has a greater influence. On his day of fleeing, Jacob came to Bethel and experienced angels of God ascending and descending on a stairway to heaven. That’s because he came across the altar built by Abraham 100 years ago, so he experienced the supernatural in that environment, even though he didn’t know God yet. Therefore, when we don’t know God and don’t entrust our lives to God, the enemy may use us to execute his orders, or use anyone to do anything. People may not even realize it when they are used by the enemy to do things for the enemy. So each of us is a priest. If we do not belong to the kingdom of God, we will belong to the kingdom of darkness.
We are also an altar, and the altar is also a spiritual portal. Through offering the sacrifices to the gods they believe in, an altar is created. It is a window between the spiritual realm and the physical realm. A spiritual atmosphere is then created to make the spiritual realm has the opportunity to intervene in human affairs. How to build an altar? It can be established through human approval. When I was in Taiwan, I discovered a phenomenon. It was the time of the election, and everyone has been emphasizing the establishment of ideology. All the time, TV stations broadcast the political parties and politicians they supported to attract people to support them. When someone supports it, it builds a form of idol. In fact, there is a force behind this. There must be an altar behind every throne, which means that there must be an altar and power behind every position, whether it belongs to God or the kingdom of darkness. When he is continuously recognized, the power behind him becomes powerful, and he will be elected when more recognized. Teacher M mentioned before that through recognized by more people, an evil spirit can become more powerful. The more people recognize and esteem it, the more the altar of evil spirits behind it begins to flourish and become powerful. Why does the idol altar need people’s worship? And offering food or something? Through this recognition, the altar is prospered and its activity begins to increase. The same principle applies to the altars belonging to God. When there are more people know about God, the more active the altars will be. The more we truly worship, the more active the altars of the kingdom of God will be seen, and the power of God's work will also be able to come down. Through agreement and recognition, the altar will be built.
Bleeding also can establish the altar, because life is in blood. When blood bleeds to the ground, the door to the spiritual realm will be automatically opened, for example abortion. After Adam’s fall, in order to redeem mankind, the first thing God did was to kill an animal and use the skin to cover mankind. The blood was shed to help humans build an altar on the ground. When the Israelites were brought out of Egypt, at the Passover banquet, God asked them to put blood on the top and on both sides of the doorframe. Every house must do this. What does this actually mean? They are building an altar for the Lord. When there is bloodshed, the door to the spirit realm opens. Then what should we do when we slaughter animals? The Bible has many clear scriptures about God's instruction on how to slaughter animals, and the procedures are very complicated. These places where bleeding once happened are to be cleansed by God. If they are not cleansed by God, that place will become a portal to the spiritual realm, through which the enemies can ascend and descend. A traffic accident is particularly prone to happen at the places on the road where traffic accidents occurred before. The frequency is particularly high because there is already an altar there and evil spirits have the opportunity to do things. Numbers 35:33: Do not pollute the land where you are. Bloodshed pollutes the land, and atonement cannot be made for the land on which blood has been shed, except by the blood of the one who shed it. Why must our Lord Jesus be hung on the cross to shed blood? That’s to build an eternal altar, an altar of the kingdom. An altar can be built because the blood.
The third way to build an altar is through worship activities. The altar does not necessarily need to be visible to the naked eyes because it is spiritual. Through the altar, God or enemies can be in charge of the area. Altars can be established at any time, place, and frequency through worship activities, even across time and space. When dealing with some power of darkness, we discovered that there was also an altar behind the municipal government, which was established through human recognition; if a cemetery did not belong to God, it was an altar used by the enemy. Even some stone piles, rivers, temples, etc. need to be dealt with, as long as any religious activities that do not conform to God’s will was done at the place, including the ideology established by humanism, behind which there is an altar of the power of darkness. This is the reason why we need to do prayer walk at these places. As long as there are any worship activities of the kingdom of darkness at these places, the building there will become an altar. If that place is built for other gods, it has the ability to attract the power of darkness to the earth and becomes an altar.
The name of the altar can help us search for information and find the root cause. In Chapter 10 of the Book of Daniel, it can be seen that the power behind the Persian kingdom is the prince of Persian. So the name of the place is often the name of the evil spirit. Many villages and small towns in Africa use evil spirits as their names. Then the power of the evil spirit is instilled through the name. Does the altar of God have a name? Yes, for example, when Abraham sacrificed the ram prepared by God as a burnt offering instead of Isaac, he immediately built an altar there, and called the place The LORD Will Provide. Bethel means the house of God, and the altar is the gateway to open the door of heaven. In Bethel, Jacob woke up from his sleep and found that he himself had met God. Because Abraham built an altar there 100 years ago to influence that place. As a result, when Jacob, who had not known God yet, although who had stolen the birthright from his brother and had not dealt with the relationship with his brother, came to this place, God still talked to him, not because of his righteousness, but because of the influence that the altar had on him.
Each of us is an altar of God, and our altar can have the influence on the surrounding unbelievers, as well as on the family and the country. The altar of our prayer can speak to those in power. The rise of an altar is like an explosion in the spiritual realm, destroying the work of the evil spirits, breaking the power of the enemy in that area, and governing the family and the country. The establishment of so many altars is to achieve the entrust of God in our lives: to rule nations with an iron scepter. We need to do things under such an altar. The more active the altar is, the greater influence it will have. The influence is also related to the authority of the altar. To bring out real influence, the altar must be active and offer sacrifices continuously. Therefore, the "Old Testament" talks about offering sacrifices every day, morning and evening. The fire on the altar must not go out. Only through keeping the altar active can we see changes. But such situation requires the covenant and commitment. Pray today, and go to another place tomorrow, then the fire on the altar cannot continue. We also need to pay the price to make the fire on the altar more active. Why fast? It is to pay the actual price, and the power of the altar can bring out the influence. The example of my going back to Taiwan to visit my family: My parents have not believed in the Lord yet, and there are idol altars at their home. I used to feel uncomfortable every time I came back from the visit. After hearing the teaching, I realized that I need to fight the spiritual warfare. So this time before I went back, I knew I had to prepare myself. If my altar is not strong enough, I would be easily influenced by the altar at my parents’ home. I decided to fast and pray for 21 days to prepare myself to face it before I went. After I went back, I got a headache immediately after I entered my parents’ house in Taiwan. I hid the stuff in my sister’s room which is against God’s will in the living room cabinet, then anointed the room with oil and went to sleep with the hymns on playing. The first day I was not very comfortable, and then I prayed every day, praying more frequently, and praying in tongue earnestly. I found I could break through, which was different from before. Since I participated in the overseas intercessor troop, one of the revelation God has given me is my body. As long as I fight against the enemy, my body will feel pain at different places. I worshipped God whenever there was no one at home. I could only pass every day like this. It lasted for a few days. Finally, my altar was more active than the enemy’s at home. But we should not be negligent at all, because the fire on the altar never goes out. I found that my body became very comfortable a few days before I came back, so I began to relax. I watched the television series with my family and immediately found that my spiritual ability was weakened. I could not conquer that night, and my head began to suffer severe pain. I felt that the enemy’s power started to oppress me, and I couldn’t conquer even if I prayed earnestly. I shouldn’t watch the TV and I repented to God. Then I began to look for someone to pray together and fight the spiritual warfare with me.
Everyone’s spiritual altar is very important. To be able to stand firm in the kingdom of darkness, your everyday prayers are very important. In the last days, the warfare between the kingdom of darkness and the Kingdom of Light will be very fierce, and the altars of the kingdom of darkness will be constantly increasing. The activity and prosperity of the altar are related to whether you can stand firm in the end and whether you can become an overcomer. Dedicate yourself completely to God to become holy, to become a true living sacrifice, and also to be a priest, it is important to establish an intimate relationship with God every day. When the altar is active, it can bring down God’s governance, and have more authority to govern and manage the land on the earth. King Ahab worshipped Baal. The life and character of the locals will be influenced by the most active altar in the area. For example, Taiwan’s idol altars are very prosperous, so local people are under the same bondage. The witchcraft is particularly serious, so people’s personalities will also be affected by the local regional dark power. Also in that era, the local people would live according to Baal's way, and then the altar of Baal was very active, so that the prophets of Baal were also very prosperous in that place, and the priests of God had to hide or was even killed. Because the altar of God did not receive the service that it should have at that time, until Elijah came out to serve and repair the altar of God.
The battle of power that our ministry often does is to repair the altar of God. When we are fighting against a high-level evil spirit or regional dark power, we are rebuilding a higher-level spiritual altar. This altar will have greater influence in a different level. The altars also have different levels. It invites the presence of God to come down and lets God's will be done on the earth as it is in heaven. This is what God wants to do. Let us regain the inheritance through such warfare and turn those ones in the kingdom of darkness back to God. This is why the ministry has to go to different places to do a lot of different spiritual warfare. The work is to rule the nations with an iron scepter and possess the land as an inheritance. In the new season, God is calling us to do this. God will reign through building altars and establishing authority.
Then how does God reign over a place through the active altar? Every throne has a connection to an altar. There is no throne without an altar behind it. There must be an altar behind it, either belonging to God or belonging to the kingdom of darkness. They all operate through the altar. The establishment of altar is the basic condition of the authority to reign. God gave the earth to man and the governing is operated through the altar, either of God or of evil spirits. Wherever there is a throne, there is an altar. The altar is a channel to the throne. And it is the only channel. The throne serves through the altar. If you raise up the altar of God in one place, in the area and boundary where God places you, you will gain authority and influence, and the greater authority and influence you will have. The establishment of so many fellowships by our ministry in each region is to build up a network of altars to carry out our own work. Each of us is a member of this altar. Our relationship with brothers and sisters, and our personal relationship with God will affect the active level and the influence of the altar. So, each of us is very important. Recently I had a dream. I dreamed of a group of people from our ministry walking along the road, and passing by forest, buildings, and hotels, came to a very high place. This place is in the sky. In the dream all of us can fly. I suddenly wanted to fly, but someone dragged me back and wouldn't let me fly, fearing that I would fall. Teacher M first jumped out and flew, like a free-falling, and then everyone followed, jumped out and flew. All the jumping people formed circles by holding hands in the air, as if they were lining up some kind of formation. Three circles were formed. Some people were holding hands and others were holding feet. When we were about to reach the ground, Teacher G said, “everyone, be ready to land”, and then everyone landed vertically on the meadow in a valley. There were some people further down, not from our group. They would like to continue flying down, but we stayed on the high mountain. I asked in the dreams why we didn’t need parachutes. After I woke up, I realized that it turned out to mean leading the ministry to the spiritual high ground. We saw a few mountains in that place, which typifies that the authority given to us by God can be applied to the 7 mountains: politics, economy, education, media, entertainment, religion, and family. We must stand at a spiritual height to see that the authority God gives to ministry is different, so that the influence it brings is different. We need to have such faith to fly like this, and unite with each other. The throne and the altar cannot be separated. Separation of Church and State is impractical, because every throne is guarded by an altar. Even if the leader does not have any spiritual inclinations, he will be influenced by the most active altars around him. In a place where idol altars are very active, the character of the leader will be influenced by that dark power, and become a puppet of the idol. Why can't we do things that conform to God's will, even if that place is dominated by atheism? Atheism does not mean that place is in a vacuum, because there is no vacuum in the spiritual realm. Human wisdom can also become an idol. When humanism promotes a certain idea, and people also accept and admire it, there is an altar functioning behind. The United Nations is like a throne that governs the nations. An organization providing support to the work of UN is called World Goodwill, which is an NGO. It is under an organization called Lucis Trust, which is a worldwide meditation group. They influence groups utilizing imagination and help those important international conferences to be held in an atmosphere where the soul is inspired. They advocate meditation training of pagans and promote heretical projects. Then they influence the leaders of the United Nations in a spiritual atmosphere, and make them approach the evil intentions without realizing it. Thus how can the leaders of nations accomplish God's will? The website of Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) of United States is Illuminati member when read in reverse, and the altar behind it is the Freemasonry. Why do we warfare prayer walk at some strange places? Because there is an altar of the enemy behind. Many churches are unfortunately deceived. You don’t know who the altar behind him belongs to when praying for an American leader. Many American presidents are required to become members of Freemasonry. The churches think that they have chosen a person who fits God's heart, but you don't know what kind of altar works behind it.
No matter where your area is, office, educational institution, or anything else, there is a spiritual altar behind it. Even if you have already been a Christian, that does not guarantee you will definitely have the immunity to the negative throne unless your altar is more active than it. To overcome and break through it, you need to offer yourself and become a truly divine altar, and then let your altar take the leading position. The influence of an altar can be large or small, even can be regional or national. Daniel’s altar was international. His prayers could affect the King Alexander 200 years later. Abraham’s altar was passed on to Isaac and Jacob, and affecting Israel, so that Israel became a real inheritance of God. Till now no one can take the land of Israel from God's hand. Some altars can even transcend time and space. For example, although we have arrived in North America, we are still influenced by our ancestors' altars. If our own altar is not active enough, we can still be affected even though we are half of the earth away from those altars. The altar will never vanish, even if it is in a dormant state, it can be awakened at any time. The altar cannot be closed, so we must raise up an altar belonging to God to break the one, which does not. The altar of our Lord Jesus Christ is eternal and international, beyond the centuries and generations, and affects everywhere on earth from the past to the future. It is connected to the altars built by us, and connected with each one of us. The connection is very important. The personal altar must be active enough to inherit the foundation laid by our Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible mentions that Jesus is the foundation. No one has ever had the ability to build another foundation. Therefore, to receive the blessings from Jesus Christ, we need to connect with him. Those who are not active enough to receive the blessings will still be influenced by the dark power around them. We have a question. Why does the curse upon our ancestors still have influence on us now? Because if the personal altar is not active enough and is not connected to the altar of Jesus Christ, the salvation achieved will not come to the individual. There is a sacred exchange in front of the altar, the precious blood of Jesus atones for our sins. Whenever we do not forgive others, we will not be forgiven, and we will not be able to receive what God gives. With bitterness in the heart, the grace of God will not come. The holiness and vitality of the personal altar are related to our reception of the blessings that Jesus Christ has accomplished for us. Have we confessed and repented for the sins committed by our ancestors before God? Jesus broke some of the curses, but did you make a sacred exchange in front of the altar for these things? And let the precious blood of God come on you. When you do this, your curse will have no influence on you. Then your next generations will also need to come to God to build such an altar themselves, so that they can withdraw such grace from God. Why can the curse be passed on to three or four generations? Even if it has no influence on you, it still can be passed on, that's the reason.
The influence of the altar is related to your authority, and the authority can bring down the judgment. Revelation 8:3-5 Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all the saints, on the golden altar before the throne. The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of the saints, went up before God from the angel’s hand. Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it on the earth; and there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightening and an earthquake. The altar is in front of the throne, and the throne brings down the authority of judgment. The altar can bring down God's judgment, and it can also stop God's judgment. Biblical example: Because the people of Israel sinned against God, the plague started among them. Moses and Aaron took the censer and went to God to make atonement for them to stop the plague. The altar can influence the judicial system. 2 Chronicles 6:22-23: "When a man wrongs his neighbor and is required to take an oath and he comes and swears the oath before your altar in this temple, then hear from heaven and act. Judge between your servants, repaying the guilty by bringing down on his own head what he has done. Declare the innocent not guilty and so establish his innocence.
The altar can close all the famines and plagues above the country. 2 Chronicles 6:28-30 "When famine or plague comes to the land, or blight or mildew, locusts or grasshoppers, or when enemies besiege them in any of their cities, whatever disaster or disease may come, and when a prayer or plea is made by any of your people Israel – each one aware of his afflictions and pains, and spreading out his hands toward this temple – then hear from heaven, your dwelling place. Forgive, and deal with each man according to all he does, since you know his heart (for you alone know the hearts of men)."
The authority God has given to our ministry can bring down the position of mail child, so that we can fulfill God's entrust of ruling the nations with an iron scepter and possessing land as an inheritance. We must have a spiritual vision and height. We should not put our eyes on individuals. We need to break through the higher level of dark power. We must see from a higher spiritual perspective, go beyond our own limitations, pray in the will of God, and set up such an altar.
God will definitely give us the gifts and abilities we need. I remember that when I went to the spiritual warfare in California last time, although I myself didn’t have quite a lot visions before, at that moment I can immediately see the enemy’s appearance when I needed to lead a small team. That’s because God wants the work of God’s kingdom to be fulfilled. When we are willing to respond to God's calling, we are already standing at a certain height. Don't be afraid. God wants the work for the kingdom to be accomplished. We often say that ourselves can't make it, but God can, because God wants His will to be done. Our ministry is different from ordinary churches, because God has already led us to a very high spiritual level, which requires a perspective from top, and to raise up a strong prayer altar. Unity is very important. All are connected together just like a Skynet, so that God's will can be done on earth as it is in heaven. Because God wants to accomplish His will. We need to align our own vision with the vision of the group. We can break through every mountain; such an altar can fulfill God's prophecy: the glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house.
Prayer:
Lord, I thank you and praise you for letting us know how the altar works through today’s message, and how God values each one of our altars. We play an extremely important role in the kingdom of God.
Lord, we come to you, and thank you for giving us a different enlightenment. We also come to you, and ask for your forgiveness. We despised the mission God has given us. Now we are also willing to come to you to respond, and willing to become a priest of your holy kingdom. Let us offer ourselves as living sacrifices in front of you, and be willing to dedicate ourselves to you completely, so that Lord, your own will can be done on earth through us.
Lord, also thank you for letting us get into this kind of ministry, and take the last baton at end time. Please strengthen the faith in each one of us, and teach each one of us how to be unity with each other, and work together to accomplish the entrustment you have given us. Pour your anointing on each of our brothers and sisters. In ordinary days, let us have a vision and a spiritual height from you to see everything. No longer look at ourselves as insignificant, no longer care our own senses and understandings, no longer care our own honor and disgrace to compare.
We thank the Lord for helping us by giving that fire to every altar you set up so that we can really shine for you. Thank you, Lord, we pray together with one heart in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen!
